Kind has designed a book for publishing giants Cappelen Damm, that features the now legendary recipes and food advice of Norwegian gastronomy icon Adam Bjerck.

Our client is the publishing house Cappelen Damm, and the book has been written by celebrity chef Adam Bjerck.

'Very best'
In the book, Adam, from food home-delivery company Adams Matkasse, has collected his very best recipes and used them to compose weekly menus with ready-made shopping lists. Now, we no longer have to wonder what to make for dinner and we will no longer have any leftovers that need to be thrown away.

As well all know with our busy lives, it is not always easy to find time to make really good, home-cooked food. Even sitting getting everyone round the table to enjoy a meal together can be a real challenge - meal times are when the 'time squeeze' really kicks in. 

Wish
Adam's greatest wish is to make people's everyday lives easier, to reclaim dinner and get families gathered around the dining table again. He is also concerned about how much food people throw away. By providing smart shopping lists for all the weekly menus, he helps us to shop smarter and waste less. By following the weekly menus in this book, we can enjoy tasty meals – and have a varied and healthy diet.

Publishing success
Cappelen Damm AS is a cultural and educational enterprise that focuses on the distribution of literature through bookshops, book clubs and publishing. Cappelen Damm’s publishing house produces a wide range of trade books in both traditional and electronic media. The publishing house publishes more than 1,000 new titles every year – they include Norwegian and translated high-quality fiction, non-fiction and educational books for adults, young adults and children. 

The publisher also produces a substantial number of magazines, maps and games. Cappelen Damm is owned equally by the Bonnier and Egmont media groups.
