Following our recent success, KIND is continuing to grow with an exciting portfolio of high-profile national and international clients. With a wide range of new projects lined up, we’re looking for talented and experienced designers to join our team in Bergen. Agency experience is a requirement. Our new Brand Designer will be someone who:
- Works closely within a team but can also work independently, taking responsibility for their own tasks.
- Thinks conceptually and creatively across multiple specialist disciplines, continually adapting and evolving as new challenges arise.
- Is passionate about a conceptual and process-driven approach to projects.
- Supports colleagues and the creative team by assessing where their own competence lies and applying it effectively.
- Translates complex branding strategies into simple, understandable, and innovative solutions.
- Can passionately articulate why they believe in a particular solution, yet also learn from constructive criticism.
- Simplifies and amplifies both visually and communicatively.
- Keeps up to date with new technologies and the opportunities they present for their work.
- Always strives for perfection.
- Enjoys taking responsibility for their work, ensuring full completion of all aspects of their tasks from A to Z.
- Is a flexible designer, mastering various aspects of the design discipline.
- Has a burning passion for design.
- Agency experience is required.
- Skills in motion and digital design are also highly sought after.
